Invitation emails not landing

Approvals went through but invite emails relied on a browser-rendered HTML body that the production Resend integration rejected. Switched to a server-rendered template; backfilled the missed invites manually.

Audit pass · service hardening

Took the platform through fifteen audit rounds — RLS tightened, atomic idempotency on the Stripe webhook, rate-limited AI proxy, removed an open-relay in the email sender. No customer impact reported during the work.
